My stay was a nightmare. We arrived at midnight to find the AC on and the room freezing cold. The worst part was when the receptionist called at 1:25 am to check how many people were in our room. it scared us awake! The hotel has a weird policy about leaving keys at reception. it makes you feel like you're back in school, being told who can visit your room and for how long. The old facilities added to my frustration, particularly the ineffective air conditioning that didn't actually cool the room, making my stay unbearable.

Consider using the corner of the bathroom for better mobile reception if needed, as some areas of the room had poor signal.

The location was exceptional, making it easy to walk to major attractions. My room had a lovely view and included a flat-screen TV and private bathroom, with complimentary toiletries provided. croce di malta is perfectly located close to everything! it's just a few blocks from the main attractions and surrounded by cafés and restaurants. my room was small but kept clean, and the friendly staff were always ready to help me out. i really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the fact that they made my bed every day.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a very clean bathroom featuring modern fixtures that enhanced my stay, and it was just a short walk from the metro station, making exploring the city effortless.

I had a fantastic time with the hotel's prime spot just a couple of minutes from the Spanish Steps, making it super easy to explore. The reception staff were extremely accommodating, even helping me sort out a WiFi issue without any signs of annoyance. My room, while simple, was comfortable enough for a restful stay, but it could use some improvements in shower pressure. Overall, I loved my stay, but a better shower would make it perfect.
